Terrible customer service. The choic they have is great but expect to be treated in a very unfriendly manner. I usually don't leave bad reviews but I think the service was so rude that it deserved a review.

Biggest and nicest selection of buttons and other sewing accessories in the city, but a bit overpriced.

This shop has great sewing and needlework supplies but unfortunately the customer service is severely lacking. On several different occasions the same assistants have been rude and inflexible and it’s been a really unpleasant experience. It’s great as a last resort but not if you hope to create a rapport with your local sewing supply shop or need some help.

I bought a wrong color of patches for my sons pants and wanted to exchang them. The patches were barely touched and even price tag was on but rejected at once. Now I have to waste the material worth of 60chf. Echt schade.customer-oriented service missing

Very well stocked haberdashery. Seems they have the whole colour palete of DMC Cotton Embroidery Floss available, great selection of buttons and other useful products. The staff is very helpful, they speak English. If you're looking for something specific - drop them an email.
