Very friendly, helpful and competent staff! I was interested in buying a specific backpack. As they didn't have it available in the store, they ordered it for me so I could see it and test it. This was very helpful for my decision. @Samuel: Thanks again for your effort and for your big help! Looking forward to my next Jack Wolfskin Store visit.

Very nice.
Very friendly staff.
Some of the items were discounted which made the clothes relatively affordable.
The trip was totally worth it. The same clothes in Switzerland are way more expensive.

Didn’t make a purchase on my quick visit while in town, but I’m recommending simply because the staff was so friendly. This English-speaking tourist was a happy camper.

Large sore but selection was rather limited. The sales lady was accommodating in helping find my size in another store

I strongly recommend staying away.

I tried to return a jacket 7 days after I bought it (mostly because I decided that the very visible brand/logo near the neck constantly in my field of vision was too annoying). Even though I didn't wear it for more than ~5 minutes in my apartment and I didn't remove any of its tags, they refused to take it back and return my money, arguing that I should have returned it the very next day (after I bought it).

As far as I'm concerned, they scammed me a few hundred Franks. I'll never buy anything from this brand again.

I recommend that you shop instead in the excellent Mammut store nearby.

First time in this shop and for sure the last one. Nice products but really poor customer service. From the moment you walk inside the staff let you know that you are not welcome. I was trying same jacket model but in different sizes and I asked a saleswoman. She told me it was too big for me and then she turned away and disappear even though I asked her to stay for 5 seconds while I was getting the other size. When I tried the small one and I asked for a second opinion, the shop assistant Martin Von Moos answered me in a really rough way. He also turned me away and right after that he and the other saleswoman were laughing about me. I bought two jackets and no one at the cash desk thanked me for the purchase. The only comment was “for these items there is no return possible because are sale products”
Pretty awful. I hope they had a bad day because if they treat customers like that every day, Jack Wolfskin’s Store future is as dead as a doornail.
