Booked a PCR test for travelling but when I arrived, was told they couldn’t guarantee that the result would be available within 72 hours. Unacceptable.

I am so thankful to Frau Renata Buric assistance!! First I only ask for a cream but she went on explaining to me better items and value for my money! So helpful, very kind and sweet!! I am 100% Customer Satisfied! ????????

I stopped at the pharmacy early morning to buy painkiller, the lady was super friendly and without asking her , she offered me a glass of water to take the medication.

It was super crowded yesterday evening (17th May, 21:00), but then there was a lady with an "Information" badge who calmly and professionally rerouted visitors and addressed their concerns.

The Apothekerin doesn't even know the basics of professionalism and customer service. Just rude. I walked away without buying stuff for about 100 Chf. All the stuff they sell is extremely overpriced. Maybe learn how to treat customers first, before overpricing goods.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a pharmacy. I came in late and was worried I wouldn’t get medicine for my very ill 7 month old son. Erica saw my concern and took me aside and helped me. While they didn’t have the medicine in stock, she helped call all the local pharmacies. No one had it so she ordered it for express delivery. Erica went above and beyond. Thank you
