People really friendly, prices are not open for negotiation though, wanted to buy a new superb, price was above a bmw 5 series which is way above a skoda in my personal opinion. Went with another brand because of this

Service isn't as it should be. I didn't feel welcome. If you're 10min early they say you're too early instead of just take your car keys and let you go.
Unfriendly and complicated. The don't stand up for customer (warranty things). If you are a big city garage, you will be overrun with customers and there is no need to take care of them.

A very positive experience. Friendly and professional personnel, great service, good location. I had to replace some damaged parts withing the warranty, and the personnel was very helpful and well on time.

To be avoided at all costs. Tires were not correctly fitted after switching from winter to summer tires, which basically could have put us in real danger. After this incident, we gave them a final chance to do some work. They initially quoted 900CHF but then called to say it looked like it could cost many thousands and probably more than the car was worth. They advised us not to bother and to junk the car. We then took it to an excellent Mitsubishi garage in Brunnen. They fixed it for 500CHF and nearly a year later, the car is still running perfectly. I share my feedback here so that other lives are not put at risk from their shoddy workmanship. I see from reading the reviews here that we are not the first to have this issue with tire changes.

After about 6 months after buying new Skoda Octavia, it happened to me that sunroof was not closing. I went to J.H. Keller as warranty issue. After check they told me I do not clean properly sealing which caused the problem. They have charged me for that about 250 CHF. The problem soon repeated and I went back to them. This time they told me I probably do not use closing button properly. I went for the third time with all videos that I make everything correct, but I had to leave with nothing from them. Then I went to another Skoda dealer, which I used for years (in another country). They recognized the problem and fixed it as warranty issue (it was problem with limit switch).
I cannot recommend J.H. Keller.

Did not deliver on agreed service, caused much incovenience, despite being a Long term customer Can not recomend.
