Fantastic, nice, and clean hotel. High level of service. Tasty breakfast.
Rooms are a bit small for 3 people and you can hear trains if you stay on the lower floor, but overall for short stay, it is sufficient . Location was perfect for my need. Fully recommended.

Nice, clean hotel with modern and well appointed rooms. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and a Coop Market next door, but access to other restaurants is a decent walk. It's not very walkable to nearby office areas but the tram and train stations are an easy five minute walk away. Overall a decent value for the money but be prepared to travel to get places. The staff are pleasant and accomodating.

Great modern hotel with big room and great wellness area. The room was nice with comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast was superb, with lot of options. The restaurant was good although the staff there could be more attentive. The wifi is great. The location is awesome, next to the train station and about 15 minutes to the city centre by tram.

Service has deteriorated completely. Took 2 rooms arrived 7pm it took 40 minutes to check in. One room was fine the other one was occupied! Embarrassing opening a room with someone already there. Repeated the same thing with one more room before they could figure out which room was available. Asked for the iron took 2.5 hours. The card did not work in parking was stuck there for 20 minutes. Finally left the room at 11am in the second day asking for it to be made up by hanging the sign, needless to say it was not done. For a 4 star it does not have a fridge or kettle in the room either. Honestly used to have decent service since last year. Avoid at all costs during the high Occupancy period.

Perfect! It was a really pleasant time staying here. Nice location, near the railway station (convenient way to/from the airport) and not far from the tram which goes to the city center. I really enjoyed the breakfast! It was sooo delicious with wide food and drinks selection. The twin room was nice and clean. In the room number we had a slippers and a bathrobes. Also a very big bonus was a spa center on the 5th floor of the hotel. Spa has 2 saunas - Turkish and Finnish sauna, lounge zone and a jacuzzi on the terrace. And it is all free for hotel guests! This is unusual for 3 stars hotel, and it was really great and unexpected)) At the lobby it is possible to buy a Starbucks coffee and tea. Also right near the hotel you can find a grocery shop. I can totally recommend this hotel????

Me and family had a pleasant stay in Aja Zurich hotel, even just for one night. I needed one room with total of 3 guests on it, but the option was not available in the apps, so I ended up only book 1 room with 2 guests, and informed about this request on my arrival date. The hotel team kindly provided me the room with extra sofa bed, free of charge.

I really appreciate this kind gesture from the management (special mention to Roxana who was in charge at that time, thank you!). The front office team are superb and friendly. Not to mention that all the hotel facilities are brand new and the room is so comfy.

If I had a chance to go back to Zurich, I’ll definitely choose Aja Zurich again! Thank you!

Location is a little slightly far away from the station but this location seems new and next to many high profile corporate. Room is quite small but overall stay is good & satisfied. Staffs are friendly.

I am staying in Aja Das City Resort Zurich, Hotel's exterior and lobby is very nice but don't come into this trap I strongly recommend that don't stay in this hotel, room size are so small that you can't keep your luggage properly even they don't have minibar in rooms. they asked me to deposit 50CHF as deposit money, who ask for that ?? they have nothing in room no kettle, no water bottle, no minibar than for what deposit money?? Rooms lobby is also so confusing that hotel staff itself doesn't know that in which direction which room number are there. They are running shop in hotel's reception area anything you need you have to buy from their, you need hot water go downstairs, you need tea, coffee you have to buy from them, i felt air bnb are better from them. I am amazed to see the hospitality and treatment of staff with guest is very bad and the staff is very shrewd & cunning they will always try to make you fool and grab the more money. I strongly recommend that don't spoil the your Switzerland trip by staying into this hotel.
