My experience with IT3 has been great. We've rented an apartment with them for the last 2 years, and they have always been there to support for the few issues we have encountered. We have move now, and the whole handover process was done smoothly. Special thanks to Yasmina who was our point of contact!

IT3 has been the most helpful real estate agency we found in Switzerland.
Particularly Mrs Magnano that is our point of contact and has been not only super professional, but kind, accessible and supportive with all we need.

We have been having issues with neighbours for the past 2 months and they havent responded with a solution, even though they said they would.
