We stayed here multiple nights and were very pleased. The rooms are small by USA standards, but, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The service was excellent and the location is close to the train station and in the heart of the old town for a short walk to shops, restaurants, and sights.

Highly recommend and would stay again! We had to arrive early and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast, fruit and coffee, as well as the excellent location.

The hotel is located in the city center. Ten minutes walking distance from the train station. Staff is nice but room is too small. The room next to the street is still a bit noisy despite the thick glasses.. The breakfast is standard with no surprises. Coffee is a bit average

Room was a bit hot and wifi was spotty. The lobby was hot too and a bit of a wait to check in. The spot is amazing, close to the train station and in the heart of old town Zurich. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks!

Nothing needs to be said about the room, service, breakfast, and super convenient location. It was all great. The only downside was that it got a little warm during the night, and we were unable to leave the window open due to the noise from the street below.

Wifi is very slow and spotty. Only negative. Rooms are clean and service is great. Good location close to train station and restaurants.

Clean room, very friendly staff and great location in the old part of town. Breakfast was good too. Our room was very hot and the aircon is not on during winter months but reception is 24 hours and can adjust individual room temperature.

A star for amazing service by reception and at breakfast. A star for very clean rooms. And a star for a really great location.

However it was very very hot in the room and there was no air conditioning :( Front desk said to open the window?? But that’s super loud due to the location.
