Though at first I was hesitant to buy 250 CHF pair of boots, I've grown quite fond of them. They are really warm, look nice and seem to be aging quite well. I'm even considering taking good care of them by buying the extra products they have for leather maintenance. I would totally recommend!

Excellent service! Very friendly to all customers, very attentive and caring. Not only was the service great, the store had a lots of different types of shoes to select from as well. I highly recommend this store if you're looking to take your time to find the right size and shoe/boot.

Great helpful staff. When I was there, there were many visitors but only two workers. But these two were really quick and perfect in serving everyone.

Selection is poor comparing to the online site, just few models, no jackets. Better to have not a central location but having bigger products selection. Few nice models were found in the shops near, which are not even oficial.

Tiny store in the heaet of Zurich, but despite its size, they have a big collection of all shoes and special editions and a considerably big inventory.
What really makes the difference is the staff, the gentleman who helped me speaks perfect English, German, Italian&French and he went out of his way to help me find the best solution for winter boots. Seriously recommendable and I am happy that I have purchased my best winter boots at this store. Big thumbs up! ????

Very, very helpful staff. They gave me hints, tips and tricks, and really took the time so I can find the right pair of boots :)
