I have come out of this pharmacy truly ashamed and feeling guilty. After a few questions regarding my health insurance, an old woman which I assume is the manager of the Apotheke shouted to her colleague: "Why is the discussion so long??!". The younger worker responded quite strongly, but I already felt like I was being kicked out. There were no more clients in the pharmacy. There was no need, nor reason, to provide such as despicable, rude and shameful service. Truly not recommended place with horrible people.

The biggest compliment goes towards Ms. Sofia Bastos. Arguably the best service I have every received.
Friendly, engaging, insightful and helpful towards any of my requests.
You are very lucky to have such a customer oriented worker in your pharmacy.

They have no clue about medications, rude, shouting w costumers and they said goodbye with" don't ever come back" the service is so horrible that I can't even explain. Stay away

Medikament per Internet bestellt. Schriftliche Bestätigung sowie ein Telefonanruf der Mitarbeiterin erhalten dass das Medikament abholbereit sei. Im Geschäft wurde die Ware nicht gefunden und anschliessend wurde mir ein anderes Medikament als bestellt empfohlen dass anscheindend die gleich Wirkung haben soll. Unglaublich

Riesige Enttäuschung, dass dieser Standort bald endständig schliesst. Es war durch nette und entspannte Leute bedient worden.
