Don't recommend. I would be VERY careful when dealing with this property agency. When finishing the rental contract and moving on, they will charge you expenses for ludicrous reasons to avoid reimbursing the leasing deposit so they can benefit more financially. Be aware and be careful not to go into a contract with this agency for rental agreements.

We have had positive experiences over the last six years of our dealings with Aeschbach - professional and responsive in their approach . Services/replacement for defective appliances was arranged as soon as practically possible.

Borderline criminal. This 'estate agency' has interest/owns the property they manage and highly benefits from over-charging your deposit. We had two professional cleaning companies come to clean our apartment including the windows and shutter the day before checkout and were still charged because the outside blinds had dust on them (yes they had been cleaned).. Yes, even though they are outside and will have dust on them again within 24h. They also inspected sinks with magnifying glass to find any micro-scratch and charge hundreds of francs (above usual wear-and-tear).. Overall, despite returning a nearly immaculate apartment, we were charged multiple THOUSANDS of francs.

Eine sehr suspekte Firma. Erstens Mal LOL an die 3 Fake Bewertungen unter mir die zufälligerweise gerade nach der schlechten Bewertung eingegangen sind. Offensichtlicher kann man Fake Bewertungen wohl nicht schreiben. Desweiteren stimme ich der 1 Stern Bewertung zu. Die Firma lockt mit einem Mietobjekt, verfasst einen Vertrag der nicht unterschreibar ist und verlangt dann eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 150.- die man bezahlen muss da man schon nur mit dem Bewerbungsformular gesetzlich daran gebunden wurde. Lieber Finger weg von dieser Firma
