I gave birth here in June 2023 and had the best experience. Even though I had unforseen complications during birth, the whole team incl. my amazing doctor, Dr. Birgit Link, made sure that we got the best care for both baby and me. We were tended to 24/7 and all our wishes were accommodated for. For my next birth, I‘ll be coming back, no doubt! Thank you for making my first birth so special and memorable.

Top health care service! I was operated by Dr Schweizer and everything went smoothly. The team at post operation ward took great care of me during the first night. Then stay in my ward on the 2nd floor was more like spa than hospital :)
Professional staff (not all speak English but they are doing their best and explain everything in clear and friendly manner). Delicious food and service. I felt like being in good hands there.

I have done a surgery here on December 2022, which they demand the full cost of surgery to be paid up front. Once I was there and try to pay the people in the payment department were very incompetent, and they were not even able to count how much I am paying to them, at the end, after surgery they had to refund me as I paid them more than actual cost, four month later I still did not get any refund. They send me couple of times wrong bills, they told me they will send bill information directly to insurance which they also did not do. supper incompetent people!

After two fantastic experiences giving birth in Klinik im Park, I can highly recommend it. Both times 2020 and 2023 I had the best care for my baby and I. The entire team is fantastic. Thank you very much!

My wife gave birth here in January, 2022.
TL;DR: Amazing staff, clean rooms, great service and food

The staff was wonderful. The doctors, nurses, midwives and the hotel staff were all friendly and professional. During our stay they took great care of my wife and daughter.
The nurses and midwives prepared us for taking care of our daughter, how to feed her, change diapers, etc. This alone makes it worth considering choosing this hospital to give birth.
The doctors and hotel staff were also super friendly.

We were in Room 316. Spacious and clean room with a decent view, good insulation and air conditioning. It was like staying at a hotel.

The food was really good, we both enjoyed it, albeit the portions were a bit too small, at least for me.

Giving birth at Klinik Im Park was a wonderful experience.

The experience my father had during his stay was a complete delusion, especially considering the fact that he was privately hospitalised.
First of all, the hygienic conditions were poor: the sheets and the bathrobes weren't changed daily and the room wasn't often carefully cleaned.
The food was ok, but the room service
was slow and inefficient: my dad often received the wrong courses or had to solicit the personal to bring what he ordered.
The nurses were kind, nothing to say, but often really inexperienced and too young.
After a urinary infection, my father was prescribed a 14 day therapy with antibiotics, which was actually stopped the same day he got discharged (this shouldn't normally happen).
He didn't get any medical records, just a one-page sheet, neither any medicines to be taken at home, which is also very unusual after two operations.
After 48 hours, my father got a stroke, a heart attack and a pulmonary embolism, caused by blood clots.
The malpractice of the doctors (who I will kindly avoid to mention) is huge and we are now paying the consequences of that, not to mention that we are still waiting for real medical records.
SHAMEFUL!

I gave birth to my first child there back in 2016 and now to the second one in 2022. I can tell you that they rebuild the Mother with Child section really good! It is much better now. You have your own table for changing and sofa for husband in every room now. The catering is worth to be mentioned as it is like in a good restaurant. So I would recommend this facility.
