I asked the guy if he could speak English. He answered "I will try" and then proceeded to explain everything in detail and in a perfectly comprehensible English. This is the place for you if you need assistance and don't speak German.
He was very very helpful and tried to find the best product for me rather than the more expensive he could sell. Their homemade liquids also have very very competitive prices.
I am a novice but I was very happy about the experience and the products.
Will come back from sure

This team is very competent, thrustworthy and abosultely prepared to help. I visited Zürich from Turkey and wrote them a mail. Especially many thanks to Costa who reserved some stuff for me. I bought also another device and just asked for a few oppinions and it wasnt like to sell something. It was really to help me to find something which will be a good choice at the end.

Keep the good work up guys. You are my favourite in Zurih!!!

good prices, excellent service and occassional price reductions. Oh and try their homemade combos, they're great. They also have an e-store for neets like myself. overall 10/10 for a vapestore, feels welcoming.

Competent and very helpfull staff. They have a lot of knowhow and took their time to explain a lot about the Vapes and liquids to a newbie like myself.
