I used Engel & Völkers at Paradeplatz for selling my apartment in Zürich city. From day 1 they were extremely professional, competent and most importantly, on the ball in every aspect. They estimated the value, marketed it to their clients and did all the groundwork for selling it. They even dealt with complicated Bank things that I didn't do very well myself. By the end of it they honestly feel like close friends. Their fees were exactly as described up front, no hidden stuff, very straight forward. I can highly recommend anyone else selling (and buying) to go through these guys, you won't regret it!

Very professional real state agents, quick & efficient.
We felt a lot of pressure at times but it’s the way it goes if you buy Immobilien in Zürich.
We are happy about Engel & Völkers, we had a lots of questions and they always replied helpful & fast!

We could not have been happier with the service received by Engel & Völkers. The entire process from viewing the apartment we eventually bought, to completion was painless and quite joyful! The entire process felt personal, relaxed yet entirely professional and clear. We enjoyed working with both Max Blöchliger and Axel Kühn so much that they are both welcome anytime for a glass of bubbles in our new home!
