I just have been to this store and bought some clip ins. Unfortunately one of the clips is broken and also the hair is not enough for my needs. There is no other exact same piece and she is refusing to return money as I paid by card. I suggest another day so she can go and get cash or she can transfer the money into my account. No she want me to exchange into something else but there is nothing I need. Very bad behavior not recommend

I've had braids done here for approximately 5 years and the first few times were great! She was fast and they were very neat. The second to last time I went I got twist braids done and they came out just 3 days later ????. I sent pics and called and she invited me to come back to repair the braids; however, I was heading out of time and had no time to repair all that had come out. Today I went in for a protective style/short weave. I showed her a picture of how I have been wearing my hair and I said I want it just like this. She looked at the photo and confirmed that she could do it. She braided my hair, quickly sewed in the extensions and voila, done!..except there was no style. "Okay great. I want it to lay flat brushed down and towards the front," I combed through the hair demonstrating with my fingers. She quickly became irritated and began the back and forth discussion which would ultimately end in her proclaiming, "If you want your hair cut and styled you can go do it yourself." "Wait were you just going to put the hair in and leave it? Part of the job IS cutting and styling?!?"

My mother has been a hairdresser for over 30 years and I even worked with her in her salon for 3 years and not one time in my experience did someone book an appointment for a weave and walk out without a haircut and a style.

Ume is a very talented braider and I have recommendes her many times, but this experience was confusing, upsetting and generally unpleasant. If you need a great weave Forester Beauty offers professional and service. I only came to Ume because my girl is so overbooked, but I see that it is worth the wait.

This is a very nice salon , sita Is a very nice lady she has the best her in Zurich, all types of hair , Brazilian hair , Indian hair. And she has the best customer service. Visit her any time you are in Zurich.
