They are very disorganized. We sent an email the 28 of June to ask to open the gates from the property where we live ( we need them open the 24, 25 and 26 July), a week before we call and we got the confirmation that they will open the gates. Today 25 the gates aren’t open and we were told is not our problem, totally a joke!
