Located conveniently near the train station but in a quiet peaceful area. Walking distance to many shopping and dining options. Fantastic staff was available 24 hours. Really enjoyed our stay! ( 4 stars only because I expected a bit higher quality of room )

The hotel is clean and the welcome desk staff are nice and do their best to help.
We faced an issue with one of the windows in the room which was not getting closed properly, but as soon as we mentioned it, it was taken in to account and solved in few hours.
The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and 5 minutes walk to the Old city.
The rooms are small but this is somehow the standard. The prices are high which is again related to the market and not specific to this hotel.

A solid, reasonably-priced choice, ideally located just a 5 min walk from Zurich HB. The room was spacious enough, very good bathroom, and everything very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially Yvonne, who runs the breakfast dining room with great efficiency and a warm smile. She goes out of her way to provide a great start to the day!

Ideal hotel for a family visiting Zurich providing the essentials at an affordable price. Short walk to everything. Loved the twin beds for the kids and queen/king for us. Quiet location as well. Martin provided excellent service and friendliness allowing us to check in early and hold onto our bags. The tea kettle and selection was also super helpful.

Rooms are basic but very clean, like the rest of the hotel. Staff is terrific and helpful. Good breakfast. In a good location, close to the train station and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

It's less than 5 min walk from Zurich HB train station. The receptionists are very helpful and they guide you in directions to reach the hotel. Since I had to check out early, they readily called in a taxi for me and gave me a packed breakfast. The rooms were very tidy and neat. I had booked a single room. For this, room was apt and fitted my huge suitcase when opened.

The conditions and level of hygiene was good, except for a white girl at the reception who was a bit rude.

She was cold the whole time. And when my friend said “thank you very much” to her, she didn't respond or even looked at us. I didn't want to put it down to us being Asian, I just thought it was because she was not in a good mood. But then a group of white people passed behind us and said goodbye to her, she immediately responded with a big smile and said “bye thank you” loudly, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Location was amazing you can go anywhere by walking we didn't needed any public transportation and saw every major attraction. Rooms are alright, rooms size were enough, it was clean . We went on February ( cold times) and rooms temperature was fine it was not cold neither hot. Staff was very helpful and kind. Overall if you are looking for night to spent it is more than enough and prices are reasonable.
