Friendly and assertive staff.
Later after ordering and paying for my needles to be delivered to my place when available, got a call informing me that they were able to find better quality pieces for the same price and they had already replaced the previous order with the new one, and were calling me just to inform about the change. I think it’s a great service! Highly recommend!

I can only echo the positive feedback as I’ve had a great experience at Audio Vinyl GmbH. They are very friendly and provide excellent advices. I really enjoy trying the speakers and amps in the shop. I initially bought a pair of speakers which in the end was no longer available due to manufacturing issues. The team has been very responsive and accommodating and ordered another pair of speakers on my behalf which they delivered and installed at home. I wish all shops were providing that level of professionalism.

I have spend hours in this shop with very friendly and competent staff, so I decided to go with a rather expensive purchase.

Years after that the expensive gear started to fail (bad luck happens). Of course the warranty was expired so I was amazed to find such great support. Everything was fixed free of charge after dealing with the importer and getting the right parts from Japan.

In a nutshell: Audio vinyl totally went above and beyond my expectations: THANK YOU!

I had an amazing experience in this store. They are incredibly friendly, relaxed, competent and honest which is a quite rare thing. I quickly found, thanks to their advises, what suites best for me. They advised me on several things concerning my hifi system and with the overall experience I can't thank them enough. Incredible place with fantastic people. Even if I'm not living in Zurich, this is definitely the place were I will go in the future when time will come to upgrade my system. Highly recommended.

Perfect service, I really can't praise them enough. We bought several items through AudioVinyl and are very happy with them. They gave us great recommendations and it's rare that I've met people so dedicated to making sure everything works great.

Super customer friendly, they let you take your time listening to your songs on equipment you are interested in. We just had a home try of one set we liked very much - the technician was punctual, spoke impeccable English, and was very helpful. Relaxed experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff, who seem genuinely happy to see music enthusiasts, and are very helpful when it comes to choosing.
Like other shops, it does not have everything, but does have some very good options for home sound systems in any price range (including the most high-end options).
