It was an insightful expedition into the nitty-gritty of the leadership experience. The material was well-structured, and the instructor encouraged us to actively explore various facets of the topic. Excellent seminar with useful hands-on exercises and take-home material. Christian effortlessly adapted the course content to the expectations of the participants (if needed), and did a great job in keeping the participants activated during this online seminar.

Sehr kompetente Trainer:innen mit viel Praxiserfahrung, guter Mix von Theorie und Übungen, hat mir persönlich sehr weitergeholfen. Kann das BWI wärmstens empfehlen und werde sicherlich auch in Zukunft auf das Angebot zurückkommen.

Sehr lehrreiches Seminar mit einem tollen Mix zwischen Theorie und Gruppenarbeiten. Dass man eigene aktuelle Projekte mit einbringen konnte, war sehr wertvoll. Ich kann BWI auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde sicher irgendwann ein weiteres Seminar besuchen. Top!

Absoluter Topkurs. Der Kursleiter weiss, wovon er spricht und hat immer wieder Beispiele aus der Praxis. Sehr zu empfehlen.
