Absolute Desaster. I moved 6x internationally and this move was 15km within Switzerland. They are using moving companies that intimidate after the move so you pay them more cash. Like 4 guys talking to you and intimate you. Further the damage they did to my belongings goes into the thousands. No shirt or suot hanged, everting mashed together in used boxes. Kids toys landed in the garage and my bike was damaged too. We didnt even unpack everything yet but actually we dont really dare to. Dont even think out using them if you like youe belongings. After mover service is inexistent and they lie day after day on the phone. Its criminal and i as well will report this.

About my problem, zero help. To now tell me to get in touch to explain the issue is either s very bad autoresponse from a bot once a bad review is filed, or a really really not helpful try to make things look better on here.

We get in touch with Move Again AG to make our moving to the new Apartment.
The way the quotation is made (online) and the before sales service is very good. The after sales / and customer care should be improved, but in the end we made it through after some calls / emails.
The two guys who came were perfectly on time and managed to complete the job (disassembly of furniture, transport and re-assembly) the same day.
The service provided was satisfactory and I can recommend it.
Good quality/price ratio.

This is the second time I use them and each time I receive great service, they are truly fabulous. I moved this year from Bern to Zurich and yet again they were very helpful. You can book them easily, the communication was impecable. I strongly recommend them and I'll use them again in the future!

Worse ever I have engaged for Moving and Cleaning
They just a middle man and find any random cheap movers and cleaner who are willing to take a cheap quote. They don't verfiy the quality of the movers and cleaning company.
The cleaner never show up and threaten not to leave until you sign off their cleaning that you accept it.

Thank you for your help. After my knee injury, I was not able to do the move myself. The moving company was very courteous and went above and beyond. They have even helped me up the stairs, as the elevator was out of work since it was a completely new building. Great experience all in all. I felt like I was in one of the old American Express advertisements from the 80’s.

Booking was fairly easy - we cleared all questions regarding the items per phone. The moving team was well informed and we were ready in approx 3 hrs. Moving within Berlin
