a stone's throw from the train station and tram stops, is this beautiful and large shop, where there is also an internal part dedicated to its outlet.There is a wide choice of clothing and accessories dedicated to mountaineering, trekking but also running and leisure activities. Friendly, helpful, present and non-invasive staff. This is a great working relationship with the clientele... The quality of the products is really excellent and it is worth visiting the shop if you choose to wear quality technical clothing.

How to lose a loyal customer in 5 minutes who spent thousands of CHF in this shop...I brought a skitouring boot (purchased here) to fix a buckle and was asked by rude staff to bring the other boot (?) in order to send it somewhere to be fixed. Fun fact, this boot issue happened last year and was fixed in 5 minutes in same shop!

Huge shop with a lot of choice, i recommend if you're looking for alpinism, climbing and skiing gear.

I will never be setting foot in that shop again. After spending CHF 125 on the wrong item I was told I can not return it. At the time of buying they conveniently kept this quiet so I was a bit disappointed. it might be a small amount of money for them but for me it hurts.

Staff are annoying. Every time I was here, I come out irritated at the way the staff follow people around trying to "help" you even when you already know what you want. Yet when you stand at the till to pay, no-one is available and you have to wait for ages. I will never shop here again. Enough! The shop is anyway overpriced and I agree with previous reviews, that if you have a foreign accent the staff are often very rude.

Don't expect a warm welcome if you don't speak German. One of the store employee didn't hide his annoyance and went searching for an English-speaking colleague with a visible frown on his face. Thankfully, the new employee spoke English and was very helpful. I get that I don't speak the language, but when I come to buy 300chf hiking shoes I expect a minimum of respect
