We have been with them for over a year with our 2 dogs and are very happy with the entire team and service. They are very friendly and transparent with price and therapy options. After having a few negative experiences prior to moving to Zurich, we are super happy to have found them

I’m giving this hospital a 5 stars if I can give it a thousand, I would.
I took my dog here on Saturday. First off all the staff were extremely nice to him. Dr. Stocklin was helpful, thoughtful and empathetic. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Made me feel like my dog was in good hands. The clinic is also clean, bright and welcoming. I’m grateful for their quick and efficient care and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a positive experience.

We've taken our dog Gustavo to Andreaspark for almost an year already and I would like to personally thank Silvia de Martino and Jasmin Studer for their amazing friendliness and professionalism. They were at all times there for us and managed to help us with a quick appointment, when in need. We always appreciated the ambudence of information provided at each session, which made us clearly understand what and why are certain things happening to Gustavo, which made us better understand of what kind of environment he may have been exposed to and what kind of meassures we need to take.
I've taken Gustavo to another vet before and since his problems were not being solved, I gladly took hom to Andreaspark, where they always found the right solution right away.
Many thanks to the whole team who made this vet center the way it is and keep up the amazing work :)

On the phone and in person they are friendly and welcoming. To be honest I am happy to bring my Cat ????. They explained the process and during treatment. I totally recommend Andreaspark-Tierärzte am more than Satisfy????.

Recently brought my dog and the staff are very attentive and caring. The vet seems quiet knowledgeable and caring for my pet. Although there are a few things I felt could have been transparent. For instance, my pet was prescribed medication and the vet verbally explained how to do apply the medication. As a client, I would expect the vet to show the client how it should be applied . I asked there vet if she could do it and she happily did so. However when paying the bill I saw a charge of 20 chf for added time which was for her showing me how to apply the medication. I think the vet should have been transparent about the added charge because as we all know vets are never cheap. I also expect the vet to to be hands and work closely on how you care for your pet knowing there’s a hefty Bill after services being offered.
For the vets, something to consider and to be upfront with your charges. If it wasn’t for that minor hiccup, I’ve would have rated them higher.
