We've been using Pebra's service since 5+ years, and are very happy with it. Our cleaning lady is very reliable and has a constant good quality of work. We had an experience about a window clearning incident. The cleaning staff broke our window frame. Pebra told us pro actively about the incident, and paid for the reparation without fuss. We appreciate the honesty and efficiency.

We have had 3 different cleaning ladies from Pebra over the last almost 10 years and have been happy with all of them, especially with the one we have now. She is very reliable and efficient. Only minor issues we've had is with replacement cleaning crew when usual cleaning lady is on vacation but we we're even given a discount for one time we were really not pleased.

Competent and friendly service, good cleaning standard, the cleaning staff is very friendly and communication with the company runs well. Have been using Pebra since 2013 and I'm very satisfied. Does not get 5 stars because it is difficult to get extra services such as cleaning of the fridge, since the cleaning staff doesn't have time and needs to go on to the next apartment to clean.

We have been working with Pebra since 2014 and their cleaning ladies always do an excellent job! They are very hard working and pay a lot of attention to details. We also use additional services like windows cleaning.

I am using Pebra services since beginning of 2013 and can only recommend it. They are very competent and we have never been even slightly dissatisfied in these u003e7years with the cleaning of our apartment. If your cleaning lady is sich, they always find another one and one of their manager comes with her to show the place and the specifities of your accomodation. You have the possibilit to order an express cleaning which is very convenient when you have surprise guests.

Generally cleaners clean to a very high standard. Have used company for 5 years. It is reliable in that you know your cleaner will come unless sick in which case you get a replacement cleaner offered very quickly. Any complaints dealt with effectively.

Very efficient cleaning lady (very friendly too). I have a monthly cleaning date for my small 2 room studio here in Zurich and I always look forward to coming home to my pristine flat afterwards. Decent value for money too.
Downside is the fussy payment process which still is via letter in the mail. An online payment option would be welcome.
I also once booked an extra date for them to clean the windows but that was another fussy process which involved a different company and to this day I don't understand why I can't ask for an extra hour and my regular lady to clean my windows.
