Prices are higher than other online shops. They also charged 20chf extra for installing a small component, which I did not ask them to do, and could have done myself. If they informed me of the extra charge first, that would have been nice.

Really helpful and friendly staff who can speak English. Also what is really cool is the use of the customer workshop where there are tools and a bike stand to work on your bike. The staff spent a good 20 minutes helping to tighten my headset and didn't expect any payment. I can't recommend them enough. They stock quality equipment as well.

I got my dad's old racing bike from the 80's and wanted to restore it to it's former glory. The guys at the shop were super helpful in putting together all the parts that would fit on the bike to match the "retro" vibe as well as functionality from the bar tape down to the pedal cages. I'm super happy with the result and can only recommend this place. Super friendly and helpful staff and well organised infrastructure. 10/10 - will be back.

good location close to the main station and super friendly staff, which did not bother to let me enter a minute after closing hours to get something important. :)

living in Winterthur, Veloplus is my favorite spot for all cycling spare parts. Very friendly staff, high degree of professionalism, very much appreciated!

Ich kann nur in den höchsten Tönen alle loben. Ob im Verkauf oder in der Werkstatt, alle sind immer stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolut auf den Kunden eingehend. Also ich werde auf jeden Fall mein E-Bike weiter bei Euch reparieren lassen. Tolle, wertvolle Arbeit von jedem????
