Excellent food and service. But if you like the beef tartare cut by hand, don't order it there. It was the only negative point. The chef is quite young and friendly, goes to the tables to check if everything is ok. He explained that in Winterthur people prefer to eat a "destroyed" machine cut tartare. It seems they don't know what is a gooood tartare ????. We didn't take first course, nor an expensive bottle of wine. Count approx. 100-150.-/ person for a dinner there. Anyway, restaurant highly recommended !

Fantastic food and excellent service! Ambiente is also nice with special furniture. I can recommend it, if you are willing to pay the prices. It ist costly but fair for what you get.

This is undoubtedly the best place to eat in Winterthur. The ambiance is graceful, and the staff is perfectly accommodating. The food is flawlessly prepared and very tasty. They have excellent wines as well. The prices are reasonable, and portions are generously appropriate. Will gladly eat here again!

Service is excellent. The quality of food is quite good. But I don't find the high prices are justified. You pay at least 40 CHF for a main course and 9.50 for 7dl of water. I had a cordon bleu with fries. The fries were below average, the cordon bleu was ok. I had far better for almost half the price. Also it was far too hot inside. I don't think we will be going again.

One of the best food I've ever had. The restaurant is really expensive, but the employees are really nice and the food is crazy high quality. Also the place is pretty.

Nice food, excellent wine, good service from our waitress. However the food itself is pricey. There is a separate fumoir for those who want to smoke.
