I ask for prescription for baby cream for dry skin, which would be covered by the insurance, They prescribed me private( even I said pls check to be covered by the insurance) I discovered when I went to the pharmacy she said I don't need prescription as the insurance never covering this cream. Even I call and inform them, they said new prescription they will write and call me....they never call me.
Then after some week coming a invoice of 49.70chf I wonder for what.
I found they just want to make money nothing else. ????

Dr. Jalali is competent and a gentleman. I have been very satisfied with the treatment. He doesnt rush to the costly intrusive solutions and treats the illness step by step and systematically.

Dr Jalali is a very competent dermatologist who takes a good care of his patients and made me feel at ease. The clinic is state of the art with a professional and very friendly staff. If you have any skin concerns, I can only recommend Derm Art in Winterthur you will be in good hands there.

Big and irregular scar after removal of a very small cyst. I personally found the suture technique questionable.

Vor 1,5 Jahren fühlte ich mich sehr wohl bei der zweiten Meinung von Hr. Dr. Jalali. Für den Kontrolltermin wurde mir keine Nachricht gesendet, ich musste mich selbst darum bemühen, trotz Versprechen, dass man automatisch aufgeboten wird.
Der letzt Kontrolltermin wirkte auf mich etwas gestresst.
Herr Jalali lies beim Kontrolltermin noch Ganzkörperaufnahmen durchführen, damit eine bessere Verlaufskontrolle durchgeführt werden kann.
Auf meine Rezension hin meldete sich Herr Jalali direkt und fragte nach, was nicht optimal war und dass dies mit den Verlaufskontrollen besser klappen wird. Die MPA‘s und Herr Dr. Jalali sind sehr patientenorientiert, emphatisch und hilfsbereit. Derm Art ist nur zum Empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank.

Kurze Wartezeiten und nettes Praxispersonal. Besonders mit Fr. Dr. Hohendorf war ich sehr zufrieden. Ausführliche Erklärungen und genügend Zeit für alle Fragen. TOP????
