Standard apothecary. There's not much to say. The staff is ... ok? I cannot really remember, since they were like every other apothecary and thus not exceptional on any other way. Does that sound mean? I wasn't trying to be mean, just stating facts, yeah mate?

Ich musste 45 Minuten warten damit mir die vierten Mitarbeiterin sagen konnte Sie habe mein Rezept, welches bereits von anfangan am Aufbewahrungsort liegt, gefunden wurde. (Wurde gestern vom Arzt elekronisch zugestellt. Konnte heute jedoch im Mail nicht mehr gefunden werden.)

Es bediente mich eine ältere Mitarbeiterin.
So eine Unfreundliche art, habe ich noch nie erlebt!
Obwohl ich ein Rezept hatte, sagte sie mir ich, sie müsse schauen ob sie noch das Medikament da hätten da sie in erster Linie nur für Stammkunden sind!
Habe ihr direkt und freundlich erklärt, dass ich angerufen habe und am Telefon mir bestätigt worden sei, dass das Medikament noch im Laden sei, wenn ich noch am gleichen abend kommen würde hätte es noch!
Dann fing sie an und behaarte auf die Kostengutsprache von der KK,
Ich erklärte ihr nochmals, dass ich das Schreiben zuhause hätte, ich könnte es ihr später dann mailen und sowieso ohne das schreiben hätte ich auch kein Rezept bekommen.
Sie bestand drauf, dass ich das Schreiben persönlich dort abgebe!
Es wurde mir zu Blöd und ging einfach!
Liebe Adler Apotheke, geht lieber mit der Zeit, wenn jemand sagt, es wird per Mail geschickt, warum akzeptiert ihr es nicht?!
Auch wenn diese die letzte Apotheke ist, die das Medikament hat (Lieferschwirigkeiten) würde ich nie wieder dort etwas beziehen!!
Was auch noch eine Schweinerei ist, mann Zahlt mehr, da die Medis noch kontrolliert werden müssen, habe ich auch noch nie erlebt und gehört....
