Avoid this garage if you value your car. They damaged my two months old Mazda-CX5 (in other words, brand new car). I reported back the damage to them and instead of apologizing they told me that I caused the damage myself, despite the fact that they were working around the exact same part that got damaged. At the end, I had to show them pictures with time-stamps, which I took immediately before their work to demonstrate that they did the damage and not me. Surprisingly, this was still not enough for them. The entire situation ended with them openly insulting me. In addition, they did not fix the damage. Please be extremely careful when dealing with them.

Wurde gezwungen einen Ersatzteil zu kaufen ohne dass ich es überhaupt brauche obwohl der Fehler von falscher Bestellung nicht bei uns lag. Nach langer Diskussion und unanständiges Umgang mit uns, wurde das Teil nicht zurück genommen und meinten dass wir es einfach den Kunden verrechnen sollen. Nach dieser Erfahrung würde diesen Betrieb niemanden empfehlen.

Seit 13 Jahren Kunde sind wir, meine Ehefrau und ich, zufriedene Kunden dieser feinen Werkstatt mit ihren freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter/innen. Die Preise dazu sind im Vergleich zu anderen Garagen sehr vernünftig und die anfallenden Arbeiten werden immer sorgfältig und gut erledigt. Ich lasse deshalb nicht nur unseren Mazda, sondern auch den Mercedes-Benz durch diese Werkstatt unterhalten.

Toller Service und sehr freundliches Team. Das Werkstatt-Team erklärt auch einem Laien wie mir sehr detailiert die Probleme und welche Möglichkeiten zur Reperatur bestehen. Es werden vor der Reparatur die Kosten aufgezeigt, so weiss man was auf einen zukommt.

Die gesamte Garage hat ein sehr ordentliches Erscheinungsbild und es herrscht eine freundliche Atmosphäre.

Das Waschen des Autos nach dem Aufenthalt in der Werkstatt ist ein schöner Bonus, den ich sehr schätze.
