I have had the best car service experience in my life. I came unannounced because my car broke suddenly. They fixed the car in two business days. It was warranty fix and even though I am from the Czech Republic they organized the payment for me. They even washed and vacuumed the car. Thank you! :-)

Great service as always but this time I got very positively surprised by the new "Video check" which was sent to me just a few hours after I handed in the car. I could clearly see the status of the car and the staff showed critical areas. Great idea! I have already shared this with my friends and colleagues :-)

Nicht vertrauenswürdig. Luftfilter wurde beim letzten Service nicht ersetzt (Frechheit). Hat meine derzeitige Garage festgestellt. Bin mir sicher, das die Rechnung viel zu hoch war. Die Rechnung wurde auch falsch ausgestellt. Der Arbeiter am Schalter sehr unsympatisch. Nie wieder.

Freundlicher Empfang. Nicht zu aufdringlich. Bei Fragen kompetent Auskunft auch über mögliche Änderungen in der Modellpalette und dessen Folgen.
Die Atmosphäre könne etwas behaglicher sein.
