The atmosphere is amazing, you have a huge range of machines and equipment at your disposal, so you will be able to do any kind of training you need. Everything is super clean and top level.
Abed, the owner, contributes a lot to this amazing atmosphere. He has a great character and personality and is very honest and transparent, always trying to understand if you are doing well and/or if you need anything or any kind of assistance.
This is everything I could need from a gym and yet, much more!

I am so glad I found this gym. You feel right at home. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Very clean, great atmosphere and equipment. Great for people who get to walk there, take public transport or even drive to the gym with underground parking. And just to re-iterate. The staff and owner is super friendly and welcoming! Keep it up!

I have trained for many years in many gyms and I think that this is the best gym I have ever been. Not small, not huge, very clean and tidy gym. I would say that it is the ideal size of gym for me and I always feel there very comfortable. The gym is named by his owner, which is always there and cares about cleanliness, comfort and customer services. Gym provides extra training for beginners but also people who need just improve some techniques. I definitely recommend this gym!

Abed's gym is really great and all brand new. All the machines are new and technologically advanced, with screens where you can interact and track your progress. There are machines to target every workout you could need to do, from upper body to legs and even core.
The gym is always clean, in order and the staff is always welcoming.
Also, Abed and the staff are usually around and they are very friendly and helpful. Overall it's a pleasure to come to the gym here and I recommend it.

My girlfriend and I have been going to this gym since May 2019. Before joining 'abed more than fitness' we were members of another gym that was probably 3-4x bigger. However, we quickly realized that what 'abed more than fitness' lacked in size, it made up for in quality. The owner Abed is very caring and has loads of experience in the fitness industry. The gym itself is always very tidy and the equipment is well-kept. Gym members are generally very respectful and friendly. There is a great mix of people and cultures, since the gym is located in a residential area that was built earlier in 2019 and houses many expats.

For those who find the space too small, note that 'abed more than fitness' recently became the tenant of the space next to the gym and will expand shortly. According to Abed, the new space should be ready mid-January. Abed himself showed me how the space will be used and I can guarantee you that if you find any equipment to be currently missing, it will almost certainly be available in the new space.

Abed's Gym is always full of nice and friendly staff, it is always super clean and there are never too many people, which means that when you want to work out, you can always do the workout that you need without waiting. There are plenty of great machines and Abed is often around to give you a hand and help where you need it. A great, familiar gym, unlike the corporate chain gyms in the city! 5 Stars!

One of the best gyms in Zurich with very good quality control. Modern well maintained and clean equipments and customised friendly service.
Rigorous hygiene control with all possible measures to minimize the risk of COVID19.
