I had a pleasure to be in contact with Daniel Arigoni.

Why advertise real estate as Swiss in the search criteria to then describe it as in France? If I wanted something in France I wouldn't search Switzerland.

Many thanks to Mr. Arigoni. He was extremely helpful during the whole process of buying the apartment.
Thanks to his proactive help in arranging the bank financing, the move-in date could still now take place in January 2022.

Very unprofessional agent who is also rude and arrogant. I was interested in a house they advertised and was pushed by the agent to obtain loan agreement within a week in order for them to ‘proceed’. However, later it turned out that by ‘proceed’, what he meant was actually to use my bank’s guarantee to put pressure on the existing buyer, who had thus far failed to provide a guarantee from his/her bank. After I obtained the guarantee (within a week), the agent simply disappeared (not responding to my multiple attempts to get in touch with him). I found it very bizarre that he did not even have the courtesy to tell me that the house was no longer available, given that he knew very well I was in the process of getting a loan agreement ready.

Jose A. Martinez was tasked with a sales project that was extremely challenging from the moment it commenced. The project ran for over 2 years, with the final 6 months the most demanding.
