Kindercity is very nice and enjoyable. We went there with our 1 year old daughter and 3 adults. Children under 2 are free of charge, the 3 adults are rather expensive.
The 3 paths that they have for children if different ages are really nice. My daughter enjoyed playing in all of them, but she especially liked the ducks in the water.
The restaurant is alright. The offered food is typical of most children's places, pizza, pasta, some chicken nuggets like things and a little salad. I ordered a pizza and it got freshly made and tastes really good. Also the restaurant is nicely designed and quote comfortable with a lot of space between the tables and toys for the kids.
Last we went into the area with the fitness equipment and the data centre. My daughter was sleeping by then so us adults explored. We were really disappointed. Soooo many of the exhibits were broken, such a pity. I believe it would be a great interesting space to be enjoyed by older kids and adults alike, but kindercity really needs to fix the exhibits.

A good place for kids under 14. Many things to enjoy, indoor and outdoor. Make sure you avoid weekends. You can easily spend 3 hours as it also has it's own cinema

The place has so much potential and good ideas, but it seems mismanaged. Many things don’t work or are technically outdated, not to mention the staff seems a bit lost (especially in the restaurant). Their website is a joke, I tried to buy tickets and nothing worked and the interface was suddenly in 3 languages at once. Yeah, not giving my credit card under those circumstances. It’s still interesting but for that price it needs a refurbishment and repairs done. Fix it!

Unfortunately I have to share the same opinion like many reviewers before me, this place is highly overpriced and run down, more of 50% of the "attractions" are broken. In this 2.5 years I do things with my daughter, this was the first time where I felt betrayed. Was there with my partner (just to hold our baby), myself and my 2 years old daughter, we paid 61.50 CHF entry fee to realize there are really almost no (working) attractions. Any free playground is better, sorry but I don't understand how you can ask for money for this. Its a pity since I really like the idea of science for kids.

Decent enough place to take your kids. However, a lot of stuff was out of order when I was there, and a lot of the "experiment" stuff was way beyond kid level in terms of understanding them (in my opinion). Some of them were also quite uninteresting in general. The entry fee is also really quite high. The whole place could do with a renovation in terms of what there is to play with (and a good cleaning in the crawl areas, it was dirty)

Lovely place. Would be even better if so many things weren't broken so my child could fully explore and learn. Such a shame. I would say at least half the things were broken and didn't work. An Explorite museum we could barely explore.

I was there 2 times so far..first time was better. Equipment was in better shape..and there was a bit more toys in the are for babies. Second time I was a bit disappointed but still my daughter had fun discovering things that she did not discover last time.
I can recommend the place if the weather is bad...and there is nothing else to do. When the weather is good you (your kids) can also have some fun on the roof of the building.
Prices for adults should be lower in my opinion...
