Been there a couple of times now, have to say that the experience got worse every time. The main thing the owner cares about is selling services and products which shows e.g. by not declaring that a suggested service (e.g. head massage) is chargeable. While this can happen once it seems to be a pattern as I learned from talking to other clients. Go to another hairdresser if you don't feel like getting ripped off.

Ci sono stata 2 volte. La prima volta il taglio è stato fatto da una ragazza tedesca ed è stato fatto molto bene, la piega non mi era piaciuta. Ci sono tornata oggi, i capelli me li ha tagliati un'altra signora, ho chiesto lo stesso taglio, solo piu corto. Risultato, un taglio a caschetto asimmetrico, è diventato il classico taglio scalatissimo da bigodini con tanto di piega gonfiata. Lavati appena arrivata a casa, rimediato sulla piega, ma per le lunghezze è impossibile rimediare. Ci vorrà un anno per riavere la parità. Ero talmente delusa che mi sono dimenticata anche di consegnare il buono sconto che ora ho buttato nell'immondizia. Mai piu!

Früher war ich immer bei irgendwelchen Hipster Coiffeuren in Zürich weil ich dort arbeitete. Aber dann kam Corona und Homeoffice, und ich brauchte was näheres zu meinem Home Office Standort...Habe sie dann im Internet entdeckt, und gehe nun seit ca. 2 Jahren nur noch dort meine Haare schneiden.... Das Online Buchungssystem ist super und und hat mir von Anfang an sehr gefallen! Ich bin immer bei Janet, sie ist super nett und versteht ihr Handwerk sehr gut! Aber auch alle anderen Mädels die dort arbeiten sind super, dass merkt man direkt wenn man mal dort ist.... Es herrscht einfach eine sehr angenehme Stimmung dort, und das bekommt man auch mit.....Ich kann Coiffure Iris deshalb Euch allen nur sehr empfehlen und freue mich jedes mall wenn es wieder mal so weit ist.....und das soll was heißen......Deshalb Dankeschön an das ganze Team, und ich komme gerne immer wieder....

Nicht nur an den hochwertigen Haarprodukten von Kérastase wird sofort klar, dass hier Qualität im Vordergrund steht. Auch das Team ist sehr freundlich. Meinen Haarschnitt bekam ich von Silvia Scramoncin; ich bin so zufrieden mit meinen Haaren wie schon lange nicht mehr. Empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter :)
