Positive: The facilities on this hotel are excellent; super clean, organized and in top shape. The staff is very accommodating, responsive and helpful. I will stay here again. This was a great pick, closing distance from train station , you could either walk.

This was a great pick, closing distance from train station , you could either walk across the village to get to the hotel or take a bus right outside the train station. The hotel staff was very responsive and the facilities are spotless. We were very happy with our stay.

our one night stay was a heart-warmer. From the booking, changes to the booking, reminders about how to check in after hours, clear instructions on where to find our rooms, friendly and helpful attention on checking out and in handling a subsequent "did I leave XXX in my room", at every point.

In addition, the rooms were well equipped, clean and fresh, and catered for visitors who, while "touring" needed to keep on top of emails. we didn't have breakfast but were pleased to have access to coffee and tea etc, in the cafeteria.

As a "retreat"/"educational centre", it's not just a hotel - which is precisely what makes it a more caring environment than the average (even the best) hotels. And at just a 10 CHF cab ride from the Railway Station and the surrounding more expensive but atmospherically colder hotels, it's hard to beat value for money if you agree that life is about relationships.

Such a nice stay. Great location and simple rooms. and such a nice receptionist with a friendly smile.

very clean and quiet, good for ski trip staying. 15 minute walking distance from station.

Its a strange place to stay. Its a very quiet place, too quiet for your liking. Its close to the visp hospital but I think if you are a tourist like me , suggest you to avoid the place. If you have some business in the hospital like attending to a relative then maybe its the right place. The other problem is the staff ( a very old nun) attended us and wasn't able to understand english and it was hard to communicate. Also there are no restaurants nearby.

Excelente custo benefício. Hotel localizado 15 minutos a pé da Estação de Trem, fornece todo conforto para uma tranquila estadia. O atendimento foi ótimo, as acomodações sempre limpas e se precisar tem amplo estacionamento. Gostei !

Ich habe mich sicher und wohl gefühlt als Einzelreisende.Sicher ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sind bestimmte Zimmer renoviert (bei der Buchung ersichtlich) und bieten allen notwendigen Komfort. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell und wird auch sehr zuvorkommend betreut. Die zentrale Lage macht es auch zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge an einem verlängerten Wochenende.
