We had a fantastic stay here. Very convenient location next to both train station and bus stop. Also practical with a huge Coop supermarket right under. Comfortable room, good bed. Clean bathroom and room was very quiet thanks to sound isolating windows. Easy style breakfast, welcoming atmosphere and very nice staff. Free transport in zone 10 easily reaching Geneva is perfect! A very positive experience and can surely stay here again.

We have had an awesome experience in this hotel. Management staff was very polite and friendly. They accorded greatest respect to us. Room, food, services, location and all other stuffs are just superb and we have lots of admiration for the same.

recently stayed at the Lake Geneva Hotel and I have to say, I was very impressed. The service was impeccable, and the place was absolutely beautiful.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it had a wonderful atmosphere. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the luxurious bathroom. The staff was polite and attentive, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I would definitely recommend the Lake Geneva Hotel to anyone looking to visit Geneva. It's a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

Room nice size and clean. Close to the airport. There is NO airconditioner, no refrigerator not even a bucket of ice. Window can't be left open for the night because of the noise from the road. We didn't sleep at all. They wanted to put a $100 hold on my credit card at check in. They don't even have minibar .

Welcoming staff and lobby. Check-in was easy. We had a room overlooking the lake with a balcony. The view was beautiful.

To get onto the balcony, you had to master a blind system. The blinds go up and down. After getting the panes to move several times, we were able to get them to go up, which was a slow process. Planes go over head so when you are outside, that can be a bit loud. The balcony didn't have a light outside.

There was no air conditioning, no screens on the balcony doors, and one tall fan on its last leg. It was very hot. There was no mini fridge. The outlets were set up strangely by the bed. We could barely fit one of the adapters in there, and we couldn't use the two different ones we had on the same side of the bed. To get into the tub/shower, it's a big step with no real support.

Not a long walk from the train station. There's a grocery store next door, The Coop, which came in handy when we could get meals at restaurants. The cafe across from the entrance is wonderful. We ate there three mornings in a row. The staff was so nice and the food was delicious.

Good location on main rail line only five minutes from Geneva. Rooms clean and tidy if a little basic. Only issue is the air condition is centrally controlled by the hotel and it’s set at 24.9c (no matter what the temperature outside). Room was absolutely baking. Wouldn’t stay here again as it was so uncomfortable

Recently spent a few nights here in a junior suite. The hotel overall is great - the room was very clean and spacious, great view from the balcony, and the staff were helpful and polite on check-in and for all inquiries etc. A couple of unusual points - there is a coffee machine in the room but no fridge, kettle, or iron - you can’t even make a cup of tea or iron a shirt, and if you want anything other than black coffee good luck, as there’s no fridge to store milk in. These things were surprising because everything else about the stay was fantastic. One thing to also be aware of - the hotel is fantastically located about 50m from the Versoix train station - super convenient.

Update: thanks for your response, unfortunately I didn’t know about the ironing room as there was no information anywhere about that - it is certainly unusual for a hotel not to have an iron in the room! As for the fridge…that is a most unusual suggestion, and I’d suggest not many guests would be keen on going down to reception every time they want a cup of coffee in the room!
