Great, friendly service and perfect glasses.

Newly arrived in Switzerland, we've used this optician three times now (children for glasses and now myself for glasses and eye test, including for driving license exchange). There's a good choice of glasses and I'm very satisfied with mine and the prescription is spot on.

(My French is approaching the A2 level and I found the French spoken slow and clear enough for me to understand most of it but the opticians also spoke flawless english.)

Very poor customer service and selection of frames available. My eyesight test was poorly done. I came out with the completely wrong contact lenses +1.25 HI on both eyes . I did go back in to explain that I still couldn't read and was told I needed to get used to the new lenses . I'm actually+1.50 LOW on the left eye and +1.75 HI on the right.
My new glasses will be coming from somewhere where the staff takes pride in helping customers .

Berdoz Optics provides quality service and products for any customer.
They can provide; renewal of prescriptions, eye tests certificates for any drivers test, specialist frames and prescription sunglasses.
If you enjoy sunglasses but don't want them to be prescription, Berdoz Optics also provides an attachable sunglass piece for your regular prescription glasses.
The only down side is the price but from personal experience, you get what you pay for.

What is considered standard in other places is not offered. Ordered a very nice new pair of glasses. No commercial effort on medical examination, lack of understanding on timing, even basic things like providing a microfiber cloth with a new pair of glasses. My next pair of glasses will not come from here.

Nice new interior. Quite helpful assistants. My insurance didn't accept the 'contrôle' as the optician wasn't considered as a doctor on their list. Still, it is quite convenient to go here.

Très bel accueil, le magasin est agréable et proche du lac. J'ai été vraiment bien conseillé pour le choix de mes nouvelles lunettes et en plus ils m'ont fait découvrir la possibilité de faire des lunettes de soleil de sport à ma vue!

L'équipe est très sympathique et compétente, que ce soit au niveau de l'examen de vue ou du choix des lunettes. Ils donnent de très bons conseils

Très choquée , des lunettes neuves, qualité supérieure , verres tâches et pas couverts par l'assurance ?! Déçue.
