Then i visited Vision Bike. Herr Lüthi proved to be very helpful, he put a lot of effort in diagnosing the problem and dealing with the manufacturer. He arranged a replacement motor, even though warrenty had already expired. Within 24 hours the new motor was shipped and installed. (it helps if you have the original invoice of the bike available, i had it online, so could easily download it). I was impressed with the customer dedication Herr Lüthi offered, even to a foreigner like me. Therefore i highly recommend Vision Bike !
