The owner at the front desk is extremely helpful and kind. The playpen we were given for our 14 month old to sleep in was new and very comfortable for him, the room we had had a vestibule type thing that the playpen fit into perfectly so our son could have his own sleeping space. The wifi and view from our room were great as was the location of the hotel!! Great walking distance from a few excellent parks and many great restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend.

This is an excellently positioned Hotel if you want to visit Thun for a few days. Great breakfast, staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay there.

Despite booking agreement over email and phone, our rooms have been sold before arrival. When we get to the hotel, we did not get even a small excuse or reco for another hotel. Shame on the manager !!!

Zimmer entspricht den Bildern im Internet. Zimmer und Bad sauber, aber leider war es sehr laut zur Straße hin. Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage: kurze Wege zur Stadt und zum Fluss. Super Blick aufs Schloss

Schlecht isolierte Fenster und Zimmer auf Strassenseite. An Abend sehr laut. Zimmer alt und schäbig, Steckdose hat nicht funktioniert, Duschkopf konnte nicht verstellt werden. Das kleine Bett in eine Nische gezwängt. Auch für nur eine Nacht als Business Unterkunft ungenügend.
