I attended a seminar here. I did not stay overnight, so I cannot say anything about the rooms.

However, the seminar rooms are spacious, bright and some have a wonderful view of the old town and the castle.

The food is excellent. Service is professional, competent and very friendly.

I had a single room, I was there for work. Everything went smoothly, they even let me checkout later, since I was on night shifts. The room had plenty of space, and view on the river. It was cool, even if outside it was hot. Only thing I would complain about is that you don't have any real curtains, so if you have to sleep on daylight time it's hard to get the room dark.

This hotel had everything we wanted. Great room, great view, nice staff, and the most amazing breakfast we had in all of Europe and the breakfast was free! The view of the river and city was incredible. The room was in very good condition and was extremely modern. We loved the bathroom! The bed was very nice too! Overall extremely pleased with our stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. There were 6 of us needing 2 rooms and we hadn't booked, but the friendly staff looked after us very well. Pleasant, quirky contemporary rooms, great location and views and a fab breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in the middle of Thun. Location is close to shopping, old town, and train station. Staff is very friendly and went above and beyond. Was able to check in early and had a clean room with a balcony. Breakfast is standard for what you'd expect in Switzerland, great coffee!

• Nice hotel on the river in a city centre or near it. The rooms were basic with not much to them, but had all the basics you needed. The breakfast was okay, not the largest selection and you had to cook your own eggs. I get why they’d do that, but it makes your stay a slightly less comfortable, when you have to partially cook your own breakfast.

• It was located in a convenient part of town with a lot of restaurants near (walking distance), but the hotel itself under construction, so the access wasn’t the best. Which is okay, not much they can do about that. Also parking is in a detached garage, but not uncommon for historic towns.

• Overall a good stay, would probably stay again, but nothing extraordinary.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Will never stay there again.

Pros: Located in the middle of Thun, and close from all services. morning staff are friendly

Cons:
Rooms are not clean, and full of insects. furniture is old, room service evaluation is ZERO. Price is too high for the level of service and the stay.

Located in the town centre.
Affordable price.
Friendly and helpful staff.
I was staying at triple room, it was clean and big. However, window view was nothing there.
But I will still choose this hotel if I visit Thun again!
