I had the worst haircut and customer service experience of my life at this salon. I speak English and when I called I said I needed an English-speaking stylist. My appointment was with Corinne. I showed her a picture and told her that I wanted just a tiny bit of my hair trimmed and for her to layer it like the picture. She proceeded to just cut all of my hair off. Then, when I looked in the mirror and cried, she argued aggressively with me telling me I should be more clear. That is a horrible way to handle the situation. I told her just to trim it, she clearly didn't understand and was completely incompetent. She decided to just cut 5 inches off without my consent and then not only argued with me, but charged me full price: 81 francs.

I've only had my hair cut by Vidal Sassoon trained hair stylists. This was listed as a Vidal Sassoon partner. What a joke. They are nowhere near the level of VS and VS should revoke this partnership. The worst was when the other lady came out from the back to see what was happening. I told her my hair was ruined and she just walked away.

Do not go here. The people are awful. Corinne takes no ownership for screwing up and destroying someone's hair. The least they could have done was not charged me for this haircut.

Before and after pictures are shown below. She cut off all of my hair and didn't layer it at all. No style whatsoever. At least she didn't touch my layering in the front--that is still from VS.

Immer wieder gerne. Corinne macht Ihren Job super. Bin mega happy mit meiner neuen Frisur. Es wurde alles so gmacht, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Nicht zu vergessen der super Sevice. Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen :)

Bin sehr zufrieden. Cool Ambiente und man fühlt sich wohl. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Haare schneiden ist professionell und geht schnell. Empfehle diesen Salon über jeden in Thun.

Das Coiffure-Team leistet wunderbare Arbeit. Seit mehreren Jahren bin ich dort Kundin. Egal ob Haarefären, Hochzeitsfrisur oder Schmincken, alles wird zu Bester Zufriedenheit ausgeführt.
