Was here for a couple of days and my stay was awesome. The best part about this location are many- beautiful views of Lake Thun, early morning view of sunshine over Swiss Alps and connectivity within the town.

The staff is courteous and they really helped me with city maps and how to go about the town to visit touristy places. Received a bus pass from the hotel staff which took care of commute for 2 days. There is a bus stop hardly a minute away from the hotel and is definitely the best way to move around.

All necessities are within close proximity and you can take a walk around Lake thun in the evenings. Breakfast spread is good too. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Disappointed with customer service.
Me and my friends stayed here for 3days. We are eight person and requested for vegetarian breakfast. But they said ‘NOT POSSIBLE’
Reception Staff is very rude.
Very pathetic customer service I have seen ever.

Lovely hotel! Can get pretty hot in the summer but they have electric fans in the room. Good breakfast selection. Staff are very efficient for group check in, especially when handling luggage!

Outstanding experience. Your staff are exceptional. The facilities were perfect and breakfast was superb. Bike rental and lots of coffee!! I loved how you put 4am breakfast on Sunday 11th July for all of us who were racing in Ironman. I am considering competing in the race again next year and will certainly visit your hotel again.

Really happy with our stay here! Nothing to note about the room and breakfast. The staff was very friendly, water bottles were offered to us when we went hiking as well as a free boat trip on the lake for the return journey. A charger for electric cars was available and free to use in the garage.

The perfect place for a nice, quiet weekend in the Swiss Alps, without the usual tourism rush. An efficient, nice, motivated and multilingual staff is always around. The congress facilities are great; the rooms are modern and well equipped. The top is definitely the restaurant. A good, well equipped "standard" buffet and, beside, a small gastronomical restaurant with very original creations. A place to come back often!

A fantastic property located at a mind-blowing location! The views of the lake and the mountains from the property are simply amazing! This place has beautiful, well-equipped rooms. The staff is extremely polite and very helpful. They go out of their way to help you. The food is extremely tasty and comes in sumptuous quantities. Highly recommended!!!
