Die Artikelverfügbarkeit und die (Kunden) Kommunikation ist katastropal. 3-6 Monate Lieferzeit keine Seltenheit. Bei Verzögerung wird nicht informiert und auf Anfrage heisst es immer nur "wir bekommen keine Info aus DE" oder es wird dem SAP schuld gegeben. Tja, wenn man es sich leisten kann.
