The Sakura Spa is my favorite spa in town. The perfect wellness oasis with a Zen atmosphere to pamper yourself. A lot of love and attention to details was put into the stylish interior design of the facility. The team is very friendly and accommodating.

Big nope. Would be 1 star but the masseuse was very kind, she did nothing wrong. Otherwise unfriendly, chaotic place. Overcharges. Avoid!

This spa is absolutely stunning. :) I cannot wait the next time go there. I had a facial treatment it was nice and relaxing. Alexandra was so kind, she is the best beauty artist I have ever visited. I can highly recommend this place if you need a little relax and joy in your life.

Honestly the massage for me and my husband was not that great, i wanted strong massage but didn't have one, and the therapist said that I killed her because of the strength she used on me, sadly it was not true to me, ive been to better places in quality and cheaper in price too

It was decent. The massage I did was not what I expected honestly, it was the strong muscle one. It could be much better. The masseuse could use more force. The reception was not that kind either.

I was seated immediately, but then waited 20 minutes while they situated 4 manicures scheduled as a group. The package 240CHF was really just a long petting fest. Foot bath ???????? Then foot scrubbing ???????? was the first step down hill. The woman did not offer to remove old toe polish- used so little exfoliate (brown sugar) as to indicate massive budget restrictions. The massage - well my skin is softer (next day) but it would have to be after all that oil. I asked for more pressure, that lasted two minutes. It was only ok. I can not recommend this place. At the end I asked for a detailed bill- ha, forget it. Receptionist was absolutely unfriendly, no sense of customer service after I just overpaid to be rubbed with oil.
