We came for the cheese fondue, which only came with bread, white onions, and gherkins. The verdict on the fondue was so so with some of our party, thinking that it was kind of bitter and others, enjoying it.

A nice little family owned hotel with all basic faicilities and nice views too.

Beds are slightly thinner otherwise all is good

The staff of the hotel were so kind and welcoming, while the hotel location is very far from the two nearest cities, it had everything you would need in hands reach. Everything was clean and well organised, the restaurants food was AMAZING, for smokers there is a tobacco vending machine down the stairs leading to the bathrooms. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This hotel situated at Sigriswil, which is very ideal location near Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen.
We have travelled with our baby. This hotel is family- and child friendly. The hotel staffs are very pleasant and always ready to help. You can directly wake up to the beautiful view of Alps in the morning.
The Sigriswil Panorama Bridge is only minutes walk from here.

It has been almost 10 years since I stayed at the Adler and I still taste the consume soup every day. Best Chef to ever operate a kitchen and my step dad Andreas loved the special treatment he would get from the moment he would get help from the owner to roll his wheel chair up the ramp to come in. My mother Sharon talked endlessly about the great food and service at the Adler. My Mother and Andreas have both recently passed away but this little hotel and gastro eatery will for ever be a place I want to re-visit and taste the simple perfection created by such a great chef.

Thankyou for the memory and thankyou for the fancy pen you gave me so many years ago. I will come back some day to thank you personally for the great food and great memories.

One of the best 3 star hotel in a superb location. It is right next to some of the best restaurants and shopping. This historic hotel has complimentary buffet breakfast, free wifi, minibar, multilingual staff, good restaurant, dry cleaning etc. Rooms are small but great helpful staff.

Had a nice Wurstsallat there. The deserts looked to be very nice also. Nice personnel and clean toilets
