Superb, friendly, family run hotel, quiet but close to the centre and ski in / ski out. Highly recommend.

My absolutely favorite place in Saas-Fee that feels like second home. The place has super friendly owners and staff. It's a ski in/out place as long as there is snow in the village. This isn't a party place, but a quiet place that helps you to regenerate, sleep well and have great dreams.

Very nice hotel, room very spacious and comfortable, great view over the valley and slopes and just 100m from the ski slopes. Owner lovely as well and great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a value for money place to stay in Saas-Fee. Town has a lovely feel to it and some good restaurants and bars there. Skiing is great.

Our stay has been so amazing!!
We booked an apartment with 2 dogs the place is animal friendly, the host is very friendly and welcoming! Beautiful location, it does not matter from which window you look, the view is breathtaking. The rooms are very cosy and clean, feels like home. The kitchen had everything you need. One of the best I have ever been. I recommend!

We only spent a weekend there but it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are big and clean, it's a ski-in/ski-out hotel, so perfect for a skiing trip. The family is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers everything you need.

Brilliant hotel. Gave everything you needed for a quick ski weekend. Highly rated, but good to keep a *few* things in mind.

This is a family run hotel and the owners are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, multilingual and professional. No surprises there.

What was a surprise was the superb coffee and eggs cooked to order in the morning and the mega relaxed check in/check out procedure. Reception closes at 2000, but I arrived at 2115. No worries. Key left outside door with a lovely little note! Wonderful!

Check out was at 1200, but they did not need the room, so I was able to get back after skiing, go back to the room shower, change, pack my kit and take a nap and THEN they offered me a lift to the bus terminal...

Soooo lovely!

Of course the hotel room is what you would expect from Switzerland. Immaculately clean, well equipped (tons of storage, hair dryer, satellite TV, balcony, no single supplement, breakfast included)

BUT... BE AWARE! When arriving if you have NOT made arrangements to be picked up from the parking facility or the bus terminal (Saas Fee is car free) TAKE A TAXI TO THE HOTEL.

The hotel is a solid 15-20 min walk from either point over cobblestoned streets and requires a climb up a 400-600m long 7-8% hill. If you have a lot of kit, this gets unpleasant quickly and heaven help you in winter????????

As long as you know this, this is a hotel in the very best traditions of Swiss hospitality and highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay. Very well looked after by Stefan and his family. Felt so at home and look forward to going back again.
