During my trip to SaaS Fee, my ski gloves that I brought got ripped when I was skiing. This shop was a perfect place because it was close to the ski lift. There was no crowd and the staff was very nice and helpful in quickly getting me a new ski glove so I could get back to skiing quickly.

Amazing experience!!!! I highly recommend them. My son had a terrible issue with his existing ski boot and bindings. Patrick came to our rescue. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was fitted properly. He literally saved our trip! Can’t thank him enough.

Patrick was kind to sort me out, free of charge for a missing bolt in my boot. This is an honest business.

The boot fitting gentleman was kind and helpful, helped identify that the boots I bought elsewhere were the wrong size, helped me identify which kinds of boots to get to fit my feet and provided a very pleasant experience.

Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area!

I rented a bike for my 15 year son, was amazing, service was good and friendly by renting, when it came to giving back, in once they charged him 85 francs, for some small things, he couldn't explain exact for what the charge was for, all things together came up to max 30 francs, so he said most probably for work time.... Be aware by renting, it will be more expensive

Needed to rent ski boots urgently and Patrick knew immediately which models of boots to try for my skinny ankles. He measured my feet which was more than was done at a nearby store. Other staff also appeared to be very competent.

Experienced excellent ski rental service by a guy who was very enthusiastic about his job. Rest of the store is nothing special and pricey, but it's Saas-Fee, so...
