So far, our experience with this real estate agency had been very good. They were very quick to offer and discuss possibilities of renting an apartment. They were also very quick when deciding to offer our apartment of choice. We highly recommend this agency.
(Note: We were renting an apartment in Fribourg, so I' m not sure if they were the same people handling our application.)

It is always sad to share a bad experience, but it was even worth than just BAD.
A war refugee, mother of a young daughter, posted for an apartment via the agency. Normally the rent for such cases is paid by the hospice. In addition she secured a garant, and to show that she is working to adopt to a normal and professional life in Geneva.
Mr.Kaeser, responsible for her file gave rather unclear and ambiguous input, refused to look for a constructive solution, and showed a personal hostility for no good reason.
He insisted that the garant is listed as the second renter. When explained that in this case the person can not benefit from the help of hospice, he said that without a garant, the person should look for a smaller apartment , but then finally saying that their agency do not take "these type of people"

J'ai eu une bonne expérience avec eux, ils sont très professionnels, réactifs et gentils.
