One of the most beautiful places of all that I have been, delicacy, harmony, peace and familiarity. Maggy is the sweetest and nicest person who can welcome you.

We just completed a 4 night stay at La Rocca and absolutely loved the property, the staff and the food. The chef is a genius at making risotto , not something that everyone can achieve. Balcony view is beautiful. I must elaborate about the staff. To the person, they were most pleasant and helpful. I would have given a 5th star but for this one thing. As an older person with knee issues I found the shower/tub set-up to be intimidating. Stepping up and over the tub surround to access the shower was not pleasant. A walk in shower with a textured floor would have been nice. However, would highly recommend this charming hotel.

Awesome hotel!! We were given a warm welcome! The staff is so cordial, so warm!! Nothing to complain about. They pamper you!! The food at the restaurant is amazing. The chef takes extra care and ensures that he serves to your taste. Rooms are big, clean and nice. The hotel overlooks Lago Maggiore. Fantastic views. Would love to come again!!

Good view and breakfast, travel card for Ticino, very kind, helpful and nice people in reception... They charge you extra for taxes and parking place for the car. Far away from the center with limited transportation ( if you miss one bus, you should wait for a long time, or not possible to leave the hotel late...)

Staying 2 nights on the La Rocca was not enough for both of us cuz all the staff (without exception) were all friendly and helpful.
As a private selection hotel employees we recommend.
Since the area, the view to Lago Maggiore, the garden from the hotel everything was/is beautiful.

For all the employees (reception, breakfastGirls, dinner and Etage) keep going a nice work and keep beeing with that heart and soul..

As a small family we were on holidays the first time with our little one. We were welcomed so charming and could enjoy our holidays to the full extend. Not only because of the helpful and friendly staff, but also because they looked after us when we did not expect it e.g. by choosing the perfect table for us. Only downsize with a buggy are the steps into the restaurant (not recommendable for a wheel chair) for which we got a helping hand by the waiters :-)

You truly escape the hustle and bustle of of your daily routine when you stay in this lovely quaint hotel. We stayed here 3 nights in August and the service was incredible. Breakfast was included and you have a full meal (omelettes, hard boiled eggs cooked to your specification, selection of meats and cheeses and fruit/yogurt). The staff was extremely friendly, but do note that their english is limited (some staff members spoke fluently, but some spoke very little - either way they were all helpful)

Hotel, restaueant, view from every room and the service are very good, it's a pity that to access the pool one have to cross the road.
