Loved it. Amazing family hotel with friendly staff and plenty of amenities for kids. Nice kids pool.
Restaurant is also worth to visit, everything is delicious

Had breakfast on the terrace. Great views - beautiful buffet with lots of choices. Will definitely come again

Pluses were fabulous grounds, great pool, location near boat station, lovely terrace for dinner

Negatives were very basic/uninspiring room for the price, Breakfast and parking an extra charge, no air con and very hot room even in June, no coffee machine, uncomfortable bed with one tiny pillow, breakfast was entirely self service including drinks, no bar service at pool apart from on 2 days of the week, mosquitos bad in june!

Nicely situated hotel on the hills overlooking lago maggiore. Nice outside swimming pool. Good service. Very relaxed.

Actually, the stay was quite nice, however, the hotel left out on a few things that were advertised or simply forgot about it. We booked a room, lakeside with a nice view. A lot of the interior and the furniture was from IKEA - everyone recognises it right away. For a hotel in such a class, I would expect higher quality and more original interior other than IKEA. The room should have come with a small hammock on the terrace, unfortunately, it was not there. Then, we ordered breakfast in advance for the first day like a room service, but they forgot to place a coffee machine in the room - gave us coffee caps. Other little things that were not as advertised, but as I wrote, it actually was a nice hotel, just not as expected for that price. That's why only three stars.

So so many good things about this hotel: the view of lake maggiore, the pool, the gardens, the pool bar, every room has a balcony with a lake view, the little pop up piaggio bar on the terrace in the evenings, the pizzas, the coffee machine … but all of that was ruined by the poor air conditioning. It was only about 25 C in the evenings but the noisy floor standing air conditioner couldn’t cope. And so we didn’t sleep. Which ruins everything.
