I have been working with the Regie Daudin since a few years and I will be working with them for the decades to come. It is exemplary regie for managing one's fortune. I know that when they are in charge, I can be at peace that they are doing the best for my interests, respecting the law and offering the best value and services to renters and owners. Very bad experience with this company.
We had an agreement for buying a property with them and then all of the sudden they changed terms and found excuses to flake on the deal and decided to go with other options without explanations.

Avoid as much as possible

Dommage que la personne qui s'engage à nous tenir informés afin de savoir si l'appartement nous est attribué ou non, ne le fasse pas dans le délai qu'elle s'est engagée à tenir (en plus de m'avoir assuré que la régie proposait mon dossier au propriétaire) et, qu'au surplus, il faille lui courir après, toute une journée, pour finalement, avoir une réponse négative de la part du, certes, charmant réceptionniste. Un coup de fil prend 3 minutes.

Je partage entièrement les avis négatifs concernant cette régie Daudin dont le professionnalisme est très très en dessous de la Régie Bory. Particulièrement le service de location.
