Beware! Ask the neighbours at Chavannes de Bogis of the new project, Chemin des Prés 21, before you invest in this project......apparently eventually the new building where there was a single villa, will have what the architects believe is an " access route" through the 10 semi-detached houses of the PPE Les Prés de Chavannes built at the beginning of the 1980s.....7 flats sharing an impossible access route in front of other houses!? It is truly an impossible plan. Expensive flats that are very complex even to access....
